Some things about Liam.
He has a mega sweet tooth. He loves anything with sugar on it. Gonna have to keep an eye on him I think.
He loves the pool. We've spent the past few days swimming in my brother's pool and he's had a blast.
On one of the days, I had to drive one of Maddie's friends home and left the kids at the house playing video games. He chose to come with me and keep me company. It was nice to see this little window into his attachment.
He LOVES chinese TV.
He is still warming up to the cat... SLOWLY... but he loves our dog.
He wants to learn to golf. (REAL GOLF) That was no surprise after our mini golf experience.
He wants to learn Kung Fu instead of Tae Kwon Do, because Kung Fu is Chinese.
His english is coming along nicely. He still mumbles in chinese when things dont go his way, (afraid to know what he's saying).
He loves any kind of food. He's very willing to try anything even if he does not like the look of it, or the smell of it. He still loves his chopsticks. It's very easy to feed him. When Shaun came home, I was cooking noodles for months. It's all he'd eat. Liam is making my life easy.
Every morning when he wakes up he says "good morning mama" and runs up to me with a big hug. Warms my heart and gives me a smile to start my day.
He's a comedian. He can make us laugh... and does often! He's gonna get himself into trouble in school. I can see it coming!
He's very empathetic. He loves my nephew Noah and will do anything to keep Noah happy.
We are hiring a tutor to help him understand that he needs to try to catch up to get ready for school. He's ok with math I think. He's pretty much at least on a second grade level if not more. We can focus on phonics.
But... More important than reading and writing, is learning to be.....
