At the Autumn Moon festival, I purchased a papercutting for each of the kid's zodiac animal. Liam looked at his horse all the way home and on Sunday night recounted a story from when he lived in Sichuan. It involved a horse, his mama and a snake.
I thought it would be a good idea for Liam to have a book where he could draw pictures and write down his memories as they come. So many things trigger memories for him.
