Hong is a little girl from Liam's orphanage. They were part of the same Journey of Hope program which was designed to help find homes for older children. Most of the kids from this camp have found their forever families. But not Hong.
Not one person has looked at her file... not one.
She deserves a family of her own. She needs a family of her own.
The caretakers report that she attends a school for the deaf outside of the orphange where she does well, receiving A's. She is an attentive student who is an active participant in class. She signs, reads and writes well. It is important for her to do any task well and she is a careful worker. She is very shy.
Alliance for Children, the agency who has brought all my children home, has videos, photos and interviews with this child. There is a lot of information about her. They spent an entire weekend with her in Shanghai and can answer almost any question you have about her. They are in contact with the orphanage and I'm sure if there is a question they can't answer, they will get the answer!
If Hong is not the child for your family, I beg you to help me advocate for her.
