We have confirmation from the Shanghai orphanage that Liam was indeed given his package. We included a letter to be read to him and our agency was assured that they had read it and Liam was very happy to have received it. They also loved the photo album we sent to him and the orphanage requested that all families of waiting children send photos to them. I'm so happy they are so open.
We were also asked if we would like Liam to learn English. The orphanage is looking into hiring a tutor for the children who are coming to America. We will share the cost with other adoptive parents. I'll keep you posted on the progress of this.
We are starting to put together his Christmas care package.
Before we know it we will be heading to China!
